Short-Term Running Goals:

My shorts term running goals are simple. I want to first break 10 minutes in the 3200 Meter, then sometime in the near future go 4:40 in the mile.

I would love to run in college. My big goal is to run for Northern Arizona University. I would also be happy to just run in college.

Today was supposed to be a fartleck or a tempo workout. I took off right with Cars, Ry Dawg, and the Robber. We were hitting our race pace I guess. My legs were awesome. So I kept going when they turned around. I went 6 miles. I ran close to 33 minutes. Now that is 5:30 pace. But I got to take a break because  I had to go to the bathroom. Still 5:30 pace. I can't wait for tomorrow we are doing intervals. I want to get into debt!
