Half Marathon: 1 Hour 22 Minutes Short-Term Running Goals: My shorts term running goals are simple. I want to first break 10 minutes in the 3200 Meter, then sometime in the near future go 4:40 in the mile.

Wildcat Invite (1.988 Miles) 00:10:19, Place overall: 9 | | I ran the Wildcat Invite today. I wanted to run the 3200 fresh. It felt pretty good conditions were pretty good. I was with the lead pact until the 6th lap. I ran really slow that lap. I just need to break through that wall. I keep on pring and moving up on the all time list. I was happy with my performance.

| | I rode the bike for about a half an hour. Then I was so sick of it I decided to go out and run. I only ran about 2 miles. My IT band wasn't hurting that much. I was trying to run as fast as I could. I had a bunch of fun. I do believe I am finally over this grueling injury. I am getting ready for Davis Invite on Saturday. Going for another pr in the 2 mile. Also will be running the 4x800. Hopefully going to run fast in that also.

| | I ran about 4 miles out in a field on Zach's grandmas property. It was a pre-race deal so we took it really easy. It almost started to rain so it was a perfect time to run. My it band didn't hurt. I just rolled it out when I went home. Feeling great for tomorrow.

Davis Invite (2.001 Miles) 00:10:23, Place overall: 15, Place in age division: 15 | | I ran at the Davis invite today. It was very crappy conditions. It was puring rain and the wind was horrible. I ran a 10:23 which is only a few seconds off of my pr but it was terrible. I was boxed in at the start. I then had to sprint up to the front to try and pr. I expended a lot of enegry to get up there so I wasn't able to hit my marks on the laps to come. It was a bad race but i'll will shake it off. Looking forward to run at the Twilight meet this weekend

| | Well today was awesome. It was super windy at the Cuse today. We had to run race pace for 30 seocnds then rest for 30 seconds. I felt really good throughout the whole thing. I stayed right with Cody. On my first one I only went 1810 meters. Which is pretty fast but not my best. The second set I went 1820. I was only 30 meters off my best. But with the wind I felt a lot stronger then I did when I did my best workout. I cooled down with the Robber and Bryant. Looking at the future of Syracuse XC. Great day today.

| | It was kind of an easy day today. We just went 4 miles in the neighborhood. I ran with Ry-Dawg and Bryant. Threw in a couple of 30 at 2 mile race pace. Im loving it right now. I have a meet tomorrow. Looking to run the mile pretty fast as long as its not to windy.

Region (0.994 Miles) 00:04:49, Place overall: 26, Place in age division: 11 | | I ran the 1600 today. It was one of the best miles that I have ever ran. Rob told me I ran a 4:49. I broke 4:50! I ran super well. I am excited to see how everybody does tomrrow. I'm runnning the 3200 tomorrow. Looking for a huge pr in that. I love track!

| | Stellar run today. I finally broke the 50 minute barrier up at Fernwood Trails. I went 49 minutes. I was hauling. I got to see some close friends out on the trails. Watch out of Syracuse XC this year!

| | Today was supposed to be a fartleck or a tempo workout. I took off right with Cars, Ry Dawg, and the Robber. We were hitting our race pace I guess. My legs were awesome. So I kept going when they turned around. I went 6 miles. I ran close to 33 minutes. Now that is 5:30 pace. But I got to take a break because I had to go to the bathroom. Still 5:30 pace. I can't wait for tomorrow we are doing intervals. I want to get into debt!

| | We did a step down workout today. We started off with a 1500m interval on the grass. I ran a 4:35 for that. Which is faster than 5 minute mile pace. Then I did a 1000m. I ran 3:03. Then I did a 500 at a 1:25. I was feeling pretty great. I loved the workout. Me and Ry-Dawg cooled down. I was sad I did my 1500 alone. But still my legs feel great.
