I rode the bike for about a half an hour. Then I was so sick of it I decided to go out and run. I only ran about 2 miles. My IT band wasn't hurting that much. I was trying to run as fast as I could. I had a bunch of fun. I do believe I am finally over this grueling injury. I am getting ready for Davis Invite on Saturday. Going for another pr in the 2 mile. Also will be running the 4x800. Hopefully going to run fast in that also.
