We did a step down workout today. We started off with a 1500m interval on the grass. I ran a 4:35 for that. Which is faster than 5 minute mile pace. Then I did a 1000m. I ran 3:03. Then I did a 500 at a 1:25. I was feeling pretty great. I loved the workout. Me and Ry-Dawg cooled down. I was sad I did my 1500 alone. But still my legs feel great.
